This was one of the most memorable hotels I have stayed at. I would describe it as a small paradise. We stayed at other luxury resorts in Marrakech but they can't come close to the experience we had at Les Jardins De La Medina. With 36 rooms the hotel was not too large or too small. It was just perfect. It was situated very close to one of the entrances of the Medina so you didn't have to drive deep into the center of the Medina. Everything (pool, pool restroom, spa, restaurant, bar) was close and not a long walk as with most resorts. The location, architecture and gardens were superb. There was a tortoise family that lived on the grounds that would visit us every day at lunch. We opened our bathroom window and there was a beautiful dove nesting on the tree right outside our window. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed it every day. The staff was so friendly and warm. It was a personal experience rather than feeling like you are in a large machine of the big resorts. The food at the restaurant was some of the best food we had in Marrakech. It was slightly more expensive by Morocco standards but incredibly reasonable by American standards. We were able to set up reasonably priced private excursions through the hotel to see other parts of Morocco such as the Atlas mountains and Essaouria. The hotel is a romantic place of peace and relaxation for adults.

Superbe. Le personnel toujours présent mais tout en étant très discret. Le jardin avec les oiseaux est très reposant. J’ai aimé passé la porte d’entrée avec les odeurs de la rue et le bruit pour rentrer dans une bulle de détente et de calme avec la végétation. Merci pour cette parenthèse.

Merci à vous de nous avoir donné l’opportunité de vous accueillir dans cette belle demeure. Située au cœur d’un jardin exotique, cette maison a une âme et une histoire, merci d’y avoir été sensibles. It was a beautiful hotel but I will
Improve two things;
1,- internet connection
2.- more diversity in breakfast

However, your friendly remarks have been heard and I thank you for them. They have my full attention and be assured, I’m looking at them with an open mind. As much as it is difficult to please everyone, for breakfast and to satisfy most people’s taste and desires, we propose a large selection of dishes hot and cold, and in total, 72 varieties are on offer. Regarding the internet connection, I apologize for the inconvenience not dependent on our willingness. Indeed, we are studying the implementation of a new server that should solve the problem. Beau Riad dans l'ensemble à 2 pas du centre de la ville. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer !

Cannot fault our stay. Your staff attended to all our requests and even allowed us to use the facilities on our check out day. Really great and will be back.

Très positive. L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, le magnifique jardin est un atout majeur. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et mettent en valeur l’artisanat marocain.
Le personnel est serviable et professionnel.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité ( produits frais, stand de crêpes marocaines...)
La carte du restaurant est par contre trop limitée et les prix sont excessifs le soir.

C’est au nom de toutes celles et ceux qui ont aidé à faire de votre séjour une agréable expérience, que je vous remercie pour ce chaleureux commentaire. Je suis heureux que vous ayez été sensible au charme authentique et unique de cette maison et des jardins magnifiques qui la protègent de la trépidante Médina. Overall our stay was very good, but there was some minor details that need polishing up to truly rate this as excellent.
The staff overall were very helpful, but at times there was a lack of attention and we had to wait some time to be served in the restaurant despite the number of staff around.
It would be nice to have a little more variety in the breakfast and dinner menus throughout the week
When we went for our first spa treatment there we followed the instruction in the booklet that said arrive 10 minutes early and there was changing facilities there - but when we arrived we were told to go away as we were too early and we needed to come back already changed and with our robes from the room... the treatment itself was excellent though.
Price of VIP airport transfer was really very high, although the convenience of the service was great.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your great overall rating and for taking the time to share your experience with much details. I’m very pleased you have enjoyed this beautiful house, however, not everything was up to your expectations and I regret it deeply. Our personnel are professionally trained to respond to your needs and your requests but we don’t pretend to be perfect and some unpredictable circumstances can sometimes affect the quality of the service that you seem to be satisfied with, most of the time. I would like to answer your friendly remark regarding breakfast and dinner menus. We propose 72 choices for breakfast (i.e. bread, cheese, juices, cereals, tagine, pancakes etc..). The dinner menu includes 10 starters, 16 main courses (8 meat and poultry and 8 fish dishes) and 9 assorted desserts. We also suggest a daily menu of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts to choose from. I’m delighted you were satisfied with the professional care of our wellness centre, despite the inconvenience for which I beg your pardon. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back, it will be our greatest reward. Thank you and see you soon!
