If I am honest with you it was not really good experience a tall! The Médina is terrible and I felt so insecure all the time . The street are super dirty and the levels of stress in the street are sooo high.

I thank you for taking the time to share your sentiment here. Firstly, I would like to tell you how much I regret that you didn't enjoy your stay in our place. However, I must make a few comments about our location. Les Jardins de la Médina are located in the Kasbah district, in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Palace. The neighborhood is perfectly safe. The hotel is accessible to taxis who can park just in front of the door. If you didn't like Marrakech, that's your right. But it seems that the 3 million visitors in 2018 do not entirely share your opinion. Let me add that Morocco ranks 8th among the safest countries in the world. With 340 days of sunshine per year and the incredible hospitality of its population, everyone will understand that Marrakech enjoys a real love affair with (almost) all travellers...

Un excellent séjour pour se ressourcer....

Séjour très agréable , une très bonne surprise , un cadre idyllique avec le patio et le chant des oiseaux.
Un excellent service spa.
Au niveau restauration ce fut délicieux ,

Hotel was a haven after the busy city centre, the staff were friendly and very helpful even though they must have been tired due to Ramadan. We had a wonderful stay.

Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié le caractère unique de cette superbe demeure qui semble avoir été conçue pour la relaxation et le bien-être. We came 3 or 4 time in this nice place, but this time we was disapointed by the restaurant and the food. The breackfast by room service was sade and not great, the bread was old impossible to eat, impossible to get pomelo juice and yaourt...I know its ramadan periode but its not a good reason.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your loyalty which touches me deeply, there is no better reward for all of us. Thank you also for taking the time to express your sentiment here. I do regret sincerely that, on this occasion, we didn’t live up to your expectations. I can certainly appreciate the displeasure of not having the breakfast you desired as, effectively, we didn’t have pomelo juice. We care a lot about the quality of the produce we use and sometimes we prefer not to have any. I believe we did let you know of this juice not being available and offered you an orange juice instead, that you kindly accepted together with the yaourt, which has been brought to you. Be assured that the Ramadan has no impact on the food we propose or on its freshness. Could I ask you to give us another opportunity to show our gratitude, I will personally make sure that your next visit to Les Jardins de la Médina will be beyond reproach.
