We came 3 or 4 time in this nice place, but this time we was disapointed by the restaurant and the food. The breackfast by room service was sade and not great, the bread was old impossible to eat, impossible to get pomelo juice and yaourt...I know its ramadan periode but its not a good reason.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your loyalty which touches me deeply, there is no better reward for all of us. Thank you also for taking the time to express your sentiment here. I do regret sincerely that, on this occasion, we didn’t live up to your expectations. I can certainly appreciate the displeasure of not having the breakfast you desired as, effectively, we didn’t have pomelo juice. We care a lot about the quality of the produce we use and sometimes we prefer not to have any. I believe we did let you know of this juice not being available and offered you an orange juice instead, that you kindly accepted together with the yaourt, which has been brought to you. Be assured that the Ramadan has no impact on the food we propose or on its freshness. Could I ask you to give us another opportunity to show our gratitude, I will personally make sure that your next visit to Les Jardins de la Médina will be beyond reproach. Thank you and see you again!

Un paradis à ne pas manquer!!

Que puis-je ajouter à ces quelques mots si élogieux, si ce n’est un sincère remerciement ! Une découverte qui nous a transporté hors du temps

Chers amis, votre beau commentaire me ravit et nous honore, merci ! Je suis très heureux que l’atmosphère exotique de cette magnifique demeure du 19eme siècle vous ait séduit. Bien que proche de la vieille ville, cette maison offre un dépaysement total dans un cadre exotique et authentique. Good.But definite bias towards the French.No English magazines or papers available for example.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your sentiment here. I’m very pleased you have enjoyed the décor of your room and its terrace. I feel sorry nonetheless that we didn’t fulfil all your expectations. I’m proud to say that all our customers are treated with the same respect and care and no one enjoys special privileges. The hotel has a shop that offers newspapers and magazines from various countries. We also have at your disposal, a library offering several magazines, newspapers and books in several languages. Please allow me also, to respectfully disagree on the incidence of the Ramadan on the service in the restaurant. It is indeed possible that some customers be served quicker, or before some others, if their order is very small (an entrée or a single dish for example). Meanwhile, I apologize for any inconvenience that it might have caused and for the sentiment you felt of not being considered as you should have been. If you honour us with a second visit, I will personally make sure that it will be beyond reproach. Thank you and see you soon!

Excellent séjour. Il nous a manqué de rien. Personnel parfait!

Wir haben uns im Jardins de la Medina sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine Oase in der Medina, und es war jedesmal herrlich, aus dem Trubel der Stadt zurück zu kommen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
