Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, de l'accueil à l'aéroport au départ. Le personnel de la réception est charmant est serviable, les soins au spa sont d'excellente qualité et les mets du restaurant sont exceptionnels (félicitations à la cheffe de cuisine).

es hat uns sehr gut im jardins de la medina gefallen. das personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hat uns sehr unterstützt, mit essen bringen und allem service, da es unserem sohn nicht so gut ging. grosses merci.....

Very nice stay overall.

Dear Michael, I thank you for your nice appreciation of this authentic house. I regret however that the rain-shower of your bathroom has been a little disappointment and I do apologize for not having explained the correct position of the shower head to prevent it. Regarding the variety of rooms we propose for the same category, it is possible to choose from the twelve of them situated on the patio side. They are all different but all at the same price. Our rooms individually crafted and decorated contribute to the uniqueness of this house. Don’t hesitate to express your desires on your next visit, I will personally make sure that everything will be beyond reproach and to your liking. Thank you and see you soon!
