C’est un havre de paix au cœur de la ville
Un restaurant délicieux avec des mets recherchés bravo à Madame là chef !
Le spa est un vrai moment de détente et de lâcher prise

Je suis très heureux que cette belle demeure à deux pas de la vieille ville vous ait apporté la relaxation et la tranquillité que vous souhaitiez. Chef Sanaa vous remercie de votre appréciation de sa cuisine innovante. S’agissant de l’Espace Bien-Etre sur la terrasse dominant l’Atlas, le personnel est heureux d’avoir aidé à faire de ce moment un beau souvenir. Revenez-vite, vous êtes ici chez vous !

I think this was a charming riad with a friendly and caring staff. The food and service was outstanding. Lovely garden/pool.

Très agréable, et encore nous n'avons pas eu beau temps!

Je vous remercie cher ami de votre plaisant commentaire. Je regrette que le beau temps légendaire de notre superbe région nous ait fait exceptionnellement défaut pour un court moment. Il vous faudra donc nous rendre visite à nouveau pour profiter pleinement de notre jardin et de sa belle piscine chauffée. Nous avons pris grand plaisir à veiller sur vous. Seul problème à résoudre l’isolation phonique pour éviter de cohabiter avec nos voisins de chambres et les oiseaux à 4 h du matin

Soyez assurée que l’isolation phonique est une des priorités du plan de rénovation permanente de cette belle demeure du 19eme siècle. Je vous remercie cependant de le porter à notre attention, c’est ainsi que nous nous améliorons. S’agissant de nos amis à plumes, ils continueront de saluer la naissance d’un nouveau jour, à notre grand plaisir… Nous espérons avoir le privilège de vous accueillir à nouveau !

The roof terrace was lovely and the spa was amazing. The staff were all really lovely as well.
The garden was lovely but I would suggest clearing some of the trees around the restaurant area as birds were pooping on the tables when we were eating! It would also be a bit lighter then as it was very dark in the restaurant. More candles would be good too

The candles should have been on all tables and, prior to pruning, a net is usually placed on the branches above the tables to avoid this major inconvenience. Room flooded with rain and shower overflowed

Thank you for expressing here your sentiment and for the nice compliment on your room. Nevertheless, I sincerely regret the inconvenience you suffered while using the rain-shower. Please accept our apologies for not explaining earlier, the function of the shower head, which would have avoided you any trouble. Thank you for your understanding and forgiveness. The hotel was very nice and the staff were good. As above the heating/airconditioning was a problem. We though the breakfasts were OK but the lunch and evening meals were excellent.

I thank you Gregory for taking the time to share your sentiment here. I’m really pleased you have enjoyed this beautiful house as much as your meals in our restaurant. However, not everything was up to your expectations. Therefore, I would like you to accept my sincere apology for the inexplicable heating problem you have encountered. The reverse air conditioning in the room is in good working condition as well as the radiator. I do regret this inconvenience, I can certainly appreciate the displeasure and I take the entire responsibility for the mismanagement of this problem. I would like to believe that we will have the privilege to welcome you again. I will personally make sure that your second visit will be beyond reproach. We hope to see you soon!

Great only the shower was floading the bed room

Dear friend, I thank you for your nice appreciation of this beautiful and authentic house conceived for pleasure and happiness. I regret however that the rain-shower of your bathroom has created a little incident and I do apologize for not having explained the correct position of the shower head to prevent it. It has been a pleasure to look after you. Your return to Les Jardins de la Médina will be our best reward. See you soon!
