Very nice and relaxing with a good standard and a perfect location. Ver nice and tasteful food in the restaurant. Will absolutely like to come again.

Un séjour inoubliable ! Tout était parfait ! Du chauffeur dès le transfert, lors de l'accueil à l'hôtel.
Le spa et ses prestations sont vraiment une plus-value au séjour.
Quant au restaurant, les plats sont délicieux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est au top également.

Very relaxing and a quiet haven as opposed to the activity outside the hotel. Food was excellent.

Although near to the old city, this riad provides a complete change of scenery in an authentic setting. Perfect for a romantic moment or to experience total escape, the spirit of the place is also present in our restaurant with an innovative menu blending Moroccan cuisine with international accents. Lovely place but something changed.
Over priced food for mediocre quality same drink.

Thank you Nigel for taking the time to express your sentiment here. Firstly, I want to thank you for choosing our riad for a second time, your loyalty is honouring us. However, I regret sincerely that we didn’t fulfil all your expectations. I would have liked the opportunity to discuss your disappointment. I'm sorry your meals weren’t to your liking. Les Jardins de la Médina’s restaurant is usually considered one of the best tables in the city. Chef Sanaa offers a particularly inventive menu, with many inspirations, and the wine list is one of the most beautiful in Marrakech. But cooking is not an exact science and I can admit that we cannot please everyone or that a weakness may occur. I therefore recommend that you give us a second chance. I am sure that we will be able to replace this dissatisfaction with a perfect experience in every respect.

Good. Staff very helpful with tours, hair=dresser, taxis, and restaurant staff very nice and efficient.

Dry welcome service in Restaurant much better than last year, although did have a problem one lunchtime nevtheless a lot better
