It was good on the whole. Very nice hotel but let down by a couple of things..We were disappointed to be woken up around 11.30 pm both nights so far. Last night a massive argument amongst the staff I think. We reported to reception this morning, no response as yet.
Breakfast fairly average and allowing birds to peck at bread is very unhygienic

I’m very sorry however to read the number of nocturnal awakenings you had suffered during your stay. I can certainly appreciate your displeasure and I do apologize for these occurrences. I believe you have received in the morning and have accepted, the apologies of our Deputy Director Christiane Oberholzer. Once again, I regret sincerely these incidents and I assure you, we are taking steps to prevent them. Your remarks have been heard and have received all my attention, this is how we improve. Excellent séjour pour Le Havre de paix que cet établissement offre à sa clientèle.
L’accueil l’ecoute et la grande gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel hôtelier est incomparable! Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits et
nous avions hélas la premiere nuit une chambre très bruyante (no 124 ,avec des bruits de motorisation provenant de la rue ainsi que du toit de l’hotel). Nous avons appelé le veilleur de nuit à l’accueil vers 1 h du matin et celui ci , comprenant fort bien notre problème ,nous a fait changer de chambre afin que nous puissions dormir jusqu’au lendemain matin .
Au lendemain , le réceptionniste de l’accueil nous a proposé une autre chambre (129) qui ,même si celle ci donnait au dessus des cuisines , nous a permis de nous reposer convenablement les quatre autres nuits.
Nous avons apprécié l’attention du personnel face à notre requête ....

Je suis sincèrement désolé pour les inconvénients qui ont marqué votre première nuit dans cette maison et je vous prie de nous en excuser. Votre remarque a bien été entendue et soyez assurés, elle a reçu toute mon attention, c’est ainsi que nous nous améliorons. Aucun effort ne sera épargné pour continuer à offrir une qualité de service dont nous pouvons être fiers. Des clients comme vous nous en récompensent grandement. Ce fut un plaisir et un honneur de veiller sur votre confort et votre bien-être. Nous espérons avoir le privilège de vous accueillir à nouveau dans cette belle demeure. A bientôt !

Wir waren positiv überrascht, da es sich um ein wirkliches Riat handelte.
Der Empfangsapero war interessant.
(Zauberer, reiches Buffet, neue Bekanntschaften, Frau Christine Oberholzer) Wir sind für die Bewahrung der Schöpfung, solange es nicht pseudo religiöse Formen annimmt: der Mensch muss auch noch in der Schöpfung seinen Platz haben.

Very nice and relaxing with a good standard and a perfect location. Ver nice and tasteful food in the restaurant. Will absolutely like to come again.

Un séjour inoubliable ! Tout était parfait ! Du chauffeur dès le transfert, lors de l'accueil à l'hôtel.
Le spa et ses prestations sont vraiment une plus-value au séjour.
Quant au restaurant, les plats sont délicieux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est au top également.

Very relaxing and a quiet haven as opposed to the activity outside the hotel. Food was excellent.
