Lovely place but something changed.
Over priced food for mediocre quality same drink.
Breakfast poor

However, I regret sincerely that we didn’t fulfil all your expectations. I would have liked the opportunity to discuss your disappointment. I'm sorry your meals weren’t to your liking. Les Jardins de la Médina’s restaurant is usually considered one of the best tables in the city. Chef Sanaa offers a particularly inventive menu, with many inspirations, and the wine list is one of the most beautiful in Marrakech. But cooking is not an exact science and I can admit that we cannot please everyone or that a weakness may occur. I therefore recommend that you give us a second chance. I am sure that we will be able to replace this dissatisfaction with a perfect experience in every respect.

Good. Staff very helpful with tours, hair=dresser, taxis, and restaurant staff very nice and efficient.

Dry welcome service in Restaurant much better than last year, although did have a problem one lunchtime nevtheless a lot better

We had a lovely time in Marrakech particularly as the hotel was exactly right - in the right (central ie in the Medina) location and superb accommodation.

Beautiful gardens, lovely room

It was an amazing hotel. Was so much better than we thought it would be, although we did expect it to be good. It far exceeded expectations. Well done. We hope to be back next year.

Venant à Marrakech depuis de nombreuses années et changent de résidence à chaque fois pour des raisons de découverte nous constatons que votre potentiel est énorme ( jardin et terrasses) rapport qualité prix cher

Je vous remercie Jean Pierre d’avoir pris le temps d’exprimer ici votre sentiment. Je suis ravi que vous ayez apprécié le cadre exotique et unique de ce riad, son jardin et ses terrasses. Cependant, votre court séjour dans notre belle demeure ne semble pas avoir comblé vos attentes. Je suis surpris que vous n’ayez échangé votre déception ni avec le personnel ni avec moi-même et je le regrette sincèrement. Je pense que la jolie chambre qui vous a été proposée, avec vue sur le jardin et sa piscine, était d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Cette maison a une âme authentique et vraie. C’est ce qui fait son charme, ce qui lui vaut depuis tant d’années une clientèle exigeante et fidèle, ce qui la distingue de ses nombreux concurrents et amis de la région.
