We had a lovely time in Marrakech particularly as the hotel was exactly right - in the right (central ie in the Medina) location and superb accommodation.

Beautiful gardens, lovely room

It was an amazing hotel. Was so much better than we thought it would be, although we did expect it to be good. It far exceeded expectations. Well done. We hope to be back next year.

Venant à Marrakech depuis de nombreuses années et changent de résidence à chaque fois pour des raisons de découverte nous constatons que votre potentiel est énorme ( jardin et terrasses) rapport qualité prix cher

Je vous remercie Jean Pierre d’avoir pris le temps d’exprimer ici votre sentiment. Je suis ravi que vous ayez apprécié le cadre exotique et unique de ce riad, son jardin et ses terrasses. Cependant, votre court séjour dans notre belle demeure ne semble pas avoir comblé vos attentes. Je suis surpris que vous n’ayez échangé votre déception ni avec le personnel ni avec moi-même et je le regrette sincèrement. Je pense que la jolie chambre qui vous a été proposée, avec vue sur le jardin et sa piscine, était d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Cette maison a une âme authentique et vraie. C’est ce qui fait son charme, ce qui lui vaut depuis tant d’années une clientèle exigeante et fidèle, ce qui la distingue de ses nombreux concurrents et amis de la région.

les jardins de la medina was a hidden garden of beauty and quiet and relaxation. coupled with a professional, friendly staff, comfortalble rooms and excellent food i would definitely return and recomment it to friends

In spite its proximity to the old city, this riad provides a complete change of scenery in an unspoilt setting mixing authenticity, traditions and modern comfort. V comfortable. Front desk staff excellent but restaurant staff a bit more reluctant to help ie half laid tables at breakfast and we had to ask for milk etc.

Personnel aimable et de bonne volonté. Établissement de charme, très bien tenu.
Seul petit bémol: la piscine avec souvent trop de monde par rapport à la capacité, principalement du au fait qu’il est possible d’acheter des “pass”

Je vous remercie pour ce commentaire charmant. Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié le cadre intime, authentique et tranquille de cette belle demeure. Je regrette cependant que vous n’ayez pu profiter de la piscine autant que vous l’auriez souhaité. Je voudrais apporter ici quelques précisions pour ce qui concerne l’accès à la piscine. Depuis de nombreuses années, nous ouvrons nos portes aux non-résidents de l’hôtel, auxquels nous offrons une formule « détente » qui inclut un lunch, un soin dans notre espace bien-être et l’accès gratuit à notre piscine chauffée. J’ose espérer que nous aurons le plaisir et le privilège de vous accueillir à nouveau !
