Personnel aimable et de bonne volonté. Établissement de charme, très bien tenu.
Seul petit bémol: la piscine avec souvent trop de monde par rapport à la capacité, principalement du au fait qu’il est possible d’acheter des “pass”

Je vous remercie pour ce commentaire charmant. Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié le cadre intime, authentique et tranquille de cette belle demeure. Je regrette cependant que vous n’ayez pu profiter de la piscine autant que vous l’auriez souhaité. Je voudrais apporter ici quelques précisions pour ce qui concerne l’accès à la piscine. Depuis de nombreuses années, nous ouvrons nos portes aux non-résidents de l’hôtel, auxquels nous offrons une formule « détente » qui inclut un lunch, un soin dans notre espace bien-être et l’accès gratuit à notre piscine chauffée. J’ose espérer que nous aurons le plaisir et le privilège de vous accueillir à nouveau !

The location was superb and a real oasis of calm in the energy of the medina. The hotel and its staff were all we had been led to expect and probably in some ways exceeded our expectations. Marrakech is a destinations that is all about experiences and Les Jardins certainly helps its guests to achieve and enjoy many. We also took advantage to visit Ourika and the gateway to the Atlas Mountains which added a further reason why we should, and will, return.

Wonderful. The hotel gardens are an oasis of tranquility from the birds singing to the tortoises roaming in the grounds.

An excellent stay, we would definitely return should our travels take us back to Marrakech

Good. The food menu could offer more choice and portions a little more generous.

Very nice environment with plenty wildlife around.food disappointing and breakfast limited if you don't eat eggs or meat.

This house has a soul and a story and seems to be conceived for pleasure and happiness. However, I am really sorry you didn’t enjoy your dining experience with us. Les Jardins de la Médina’s restaurant is usually considered one of the best restaurants in the city. In addition to the exceptional setting that you are kind enough to mention, Chef Sanaa offers a particularly inventive menu, with many inspirations from here and elsewhere. But cooking is not an exact science and I can admit that we cannot please everyone or that a weakness may occur. I also regret we couldn’t offer you a satisfying choice for your breakfast, despite an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. Nonetheless your remark has been heard and I thank you for it. Be assured it has my entire consideration and I will look into it. This is how we improve. We hope to have the pleasure and the privilege to welcome you again.
