Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié le confort moderne de cette belle maison, tout autant que la cuisine innovante de notre Chef Sanaa servie dans un cadre tranquille et authentique. Apart from our initial problem of not having the room we booked through British Airways (BA) everything was really good. I think to blame BA and so let us take the stress was not a good thing to put on a new guest, but thankfully we were strong and got it sorted

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre. Der Garten ist sehr einladend. Die Auswahl der Speisen und Getränke im Restaurant hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet.

grand potentiel , très beau jardin, piscine de bonne taille et bien chauffée , dommage que sur la terrasse au dernier niveau, il n'y ait pas de bar ou restauration, la salle de restauration au rez de chaussée est triste et pas assez ouverte sur extérieur, personnel agréable, entrée, hall d'accueil et les chambres d'un autre âge, mais surtout sans caractère à part les terrasse pour les chambres agréables mais mal éclairées pour lire

Je suis ravi que vous ayez apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, son jardin, sa piscine et le personnel qui a veillé sur votre séjour. Je regrette cependant que nous n’ayons pu satisfaire toutes vos attentes. En effet, nous n’avons ni bar ou restaurant sur la terrasse au dernier niveau. Néanmoins, nous avons mis à la disposition de nos clients, un téléphone directement lié au restaurant et à la réception ainsi qu’une carte, pour vous permettre de commander déjeuners, dîners ou boissons pendant la journée. Pour ce qui concerne l’éclairage, je vais veiller à ce qu’il soit augmenté et je vous remercie de l’avoir signalé. Quant au hall d’accueil, sa rénovation est prévue dans nos investissements de 2019. Cela dit, si on peut certainement nous reprocher beaucoup de choses, l’absence de caractère de l’hôtel n’en fait pas partie. Nombreux sont les commentaires publiés à notre sujet sur l’ensemble des plateformes de notation, qui évoquent la personnalité et l’authenticité de notre établissement. Cette maison du 19ème siècle a une âme authentique et vraie. C’est ce qui fait son charme, ce qui lui vaut depuis tant d’années une clientèle exigeante et fidèle, ce qui la distingue de ses nombreux concurrents et amis de la région.

The hotel is seeking to attract North European guests and in many ways meets the standards they require, for instance the catering is excellent, but the room whilst spacious and with a nice balcony is not up to those standards.

I thank you for taking the time to express your sentiment here and I thank you for your appreciation. I’m very pleased you have enjoyed the restaurant’s menu which presents the best of traditional Moroccan cuisine open to the world. On the other hand, Les Jardins de la Médina didn't seem to have fulfil all your expectations and I regret it. The vast majority of the ratings we receive acknowledge the modern comfort of the accommodations, the exotic garden and its fauna but above all, praise the uniqueness and the authenticity of this beautiful dwelling. This house, conceived for pleasure and relaxation, has a soul and a story. It offers a total escape with accents of magic which can’t be compared to modern places. We are its guardians doing our best every day to be worthy of it and of its guests. I suppose, it is difficult to please everyone, but the satisfaction of our customers is a constant and very high consideration. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again!

V good. Things to Improve on:
Our breakfast was not removed from outside our door until we requested 12 hours later.
We were only given 1 bath towel.
No teaspoons or plates on our breakfast tray.
Our complimentary plate of pastries were delicious but the empty plate was not taken away.

Overall very positive, impressed by the facility to choose not to have clean linen and towels thus saving water. The envelope left for a tip at the end is good as it avoids needing to have change for constant tips for service. Only one slight negative that the sachets of tea were not replenished every day which may have been a minor oversight.

We had a most enjoyable stay at your Riad. Location excellent easy access too travel around the Medina. Restaurant first class staff friendly and helpful. Overall I certainly recommend this property to friends and family.
