Thank you for taking the time to share your memorable experience at Les Jardins de la Medina. We are very pleased to hear that you found our hotel grounds to be very clean, well-maintained and visually appealing. The peaceful garden creates an oasis in the heart of the old city. It's wonderful that you enjoyed the diverse and tasty cuisine, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. Come back soon!

Very good indeed. Love the hotel, the location and the gardens. Breakfast was always good as well although the one occasion we ate at the restaurant in the evening we were a little disappointed with the food and also the service which was very haphazard.

Thank you for your very nice comment! We're delighted to hear that you love the hotel, its location and our exotic gardens. We appreciate your compliments on the breakfast. However, we apologize for the disappointment during your evening at the restaurant. Your feedback is valuable and we will address both the food and the service concerns to ensure a more enjoyable experience in the future. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

We thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience during the Casablanca tour. We appreciate your feedback on the time management, choice of locations and the driver's behavior. Your comments are valuable, and were are sorry for any disruptions. Regarding the airport transfer, we understand your disappointment with the difference in the announced fare. We value your remarks as it helps us improve our services. Thank you for sharing your impressions with us.
