Our overall experience was not good. We have never before had to eat our breakfast with our coats on because the restaurant was so cold. We could not understand why the hotel couldn't arrange for the restaurant to be adequately heated.
We were staying on half board and were extremely disappointed to find that the same menu was on offer every day, with no variation. We did not enjoy the food at all.
We did not think it was very hygienic to have birds flying around the restaurant.

Good morning Elaine and thank you for taking the time to express your sentiment on this page. Firstly, I would like to say how much I regret that we couldn’t make your stay with us, a pleasant one. As you know, we give a high consideration to each and every comment and we answer all of them. I’m sorry your visits to our restaurant weren’t up to your expectations. Regarding the half board menu, it offers an identical choice of dishes to the menu proposed to all restaurant’s customers. As you know, there was a cost attached to a larger choice, if required. I deeply regret also that you didn’t appreciate our Chef’s innovative cuisine blending traditional Moroccan to Mediterranean flavours, that has placed us among the best tables in town. As for the room temperature, the restaurant is central heated as is the rest of the hotel, with the use of one or two chimneys when required. On the day you mentioned, the outside temperature had reached 4 degrees, the inside was up to 20. However one must agree, the feeling, understandably, is a very personal matter. Finally, this house and the beautiful exotic garden surrounding it is our pride. We are happy the birds have chosen to twirl in our oasis. They are the joy of our customers and the living proof of a peaceful environment !

Quand nous quittons les jardins un nous tarde déjà d’y revenir. Nous y sommes bien tout simplement.

A charming and friendly riad in a quiet part of the old town, the Kasbah, and an excellent place to retreat from the hustle and bustle (or hassle) of the old town. A 10-15 minute walk from the Jemaa-el-fnaa. The food, of which we tried mainly the Moroccan dishes, was very good indeed and there are plenty of very good value, ecxellent red Maroccan wines on the list.

Lovely stay in the old town. Restaurant was especially nice. Try Thai food there.
