Very good restaurant - staff excellent - beautiful room

The stay was pleasant, the location of the riad is accessible in the old Medina. We wish the weather would have cooperated to experience the pool side and the rooftop. The staff was quite attentive, and had recommendations for tours, guides and taxis. The breakfast experience could have been more authentic over the selection of continental breakfast geared towards European tourists. There was a very small selection of Moroccan delicacies.

Your laudatory comment is for our house, our staff and the daily work they do, the best compliment, thank you! If the weather has been a little capricious, which is so unusual in Marrakech, the heated pool at 26 degrees can be used almost every day of the year! If you want to experience the rooftop with its amazing views on the Atlas and the old city, we invite you to come for a next visit in spring or summer. Then, I can only thank you for your constructive and friendly remarks and be assured that I will take them into consideration. It’s that way that we improve. You are here at home, see you soon!

A pleasant stay. Good location within the Médina. Only a few sun beds in the sun and quite often towels and belongings on them and no people!

It's a nice place, very well located if one wants to stay in the medina. Lovely extras, like perfume choice or candle gift. Breakfast was a bit limited and spa could be improved locationwise - there is not much space if several guests are present at the same time.

Aangenaam, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was echter niet super... Jammer ook van de lelijke tent die ah restaurant is gezet om terras e overdekken, zeer ongezellig. Steekt de tuin en terras weg.

Environnement luxuriant, chambres et équipements biens et plein de charme. Personnel attentif et très accueillant. Très bonne adresse à Marrakech dans la Médina. Vraiment recommandable.

Très belle hôtel dans la Médina. Le contraste est surprenant lorsque l’on franchit la porte d’entrée. Beaucoup de goût, l’accueil est sympathique et le personnel souriant et disponible. Le jardin intérieur offre un bon dépaysement et une tranquillité fort appréciable.

Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager ici le moment passé dans cette demeure. Je suis heureux que le cadre authentique, le confort moderne de notre riad ainsi que la beauté et la faune de nos jardins vous ont séduits. We enjoyed a fantastic few days at Les Jardins which made our visit to Marrakech to celebrate my wife's birthday enjoyable and memorable.

the only negative comment we would make is the smoking policy. we would suggest having a no smoking policy in the courtyards outside the rooms. for example our room 127 there were table and chairs and an ash tray out side and everyday our neighbour would ome and smoke outside our window . so even with the doors and windows closed we could smell the smoke and in summer or on a warm day if we had the window opened it would have been even more unpleasant. just allow smoking in the garden or the roof top.

I regret however sincerely, you have been undisposed by some guests’ smoking. I heard your friendly and constructive remark that had my full attention.
