the only negative comment we would make is the smoking policy. we would suggest having a no smoking policy in the courtyards outside the rooms. for example our room 127 there were table and chairs and an ash tray out side and everyday our neighbour would ome and smoke outside our window . so even with the doors and windows closed we could smell the smoke and in summer or on a warm day if we had the window opened it would have been even more unpleasant. just allow smoking in the garden or the roof top.

I regret however sincerely, you have been undisposed by some guests’ smoking. I heard your friendly and constructive remark that had my full attention. Be assured that I will consider this issue seriously and I will do my very best to lower the inconvenience of the smoke nearby the rooms, in every way possible. at check-in, we were not informed that the room is available as of 3 pm. This was a little anoying. Once this was clear the rest of the stay was great.

We loved staying at Les Jardins and certainly hope to return soon. Our only slight concern was we found the web site a little hard to navigate and found that some third party sites were offering what seemed to be reduced rates on rooms

Excellent, very much enjoyed the friendly and efficient staff, from the breakfast staff, to the waiters in the evenings. Everyone made us feel comfortable, that nothing was inconvenient, and friendly greetings came from all members of staff. My only negative comment would be that the waiting time between courses on our last dinner was excessive (it was the night of the 'Cocktail Party' and the restaurant was full, but none-the-less the service was slow). This did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the few days holiday, a memorable few days. Many thanks to you all,

Sehr schöner Garten. Schöne Zimmer, wenn such kleiner als erwartet. Gutes Fitness und Wellness Angebot. Freundliches Personal.
Der einzige Schwachpunkt ist das Restaurant: Zu klein, Prozesse funktionieren nicht optimal, unaufmerksames Personal, Speisen und Auswahl entsprechen nicht 5 Stern Hotel, sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück.

I’m very happy you have enjoyed this beautiful dwelling, its garden and its spa on the terrace overlooking the Atlas and the Médina. Everyday we put our heart in our work to be worthy of this house and of its guests, thank you for your appreciation. I’m sorry however to read your disappointment for the restaurant. We don’t pretend to be perfect and it is difficult to please everyone, but one must agree, your unfavourable comments are pretty isolated among the numerous ones published about us. Be assured nevertheless that no effort will be spared to continue offering a quality of service and a selection of dishes we can be proud of…

Very Nice hotel, beautiful view of the Medina. A little expensive and the spa/massage was not good. But the hotel was Nice and the staff friendly
