The stay was pleasant, the location of the riad is accessible in the old Medina. We wish the weather would have cooperated to experience the pool side and the rooftop. The staff was quite attentive, and had recommendations for tours, guides and taxis. The breakfast experience could have been more authentic over the selection of continental breakfast geared towards European tourists. There was a very small selection of Moroccan delicacies.

Your laudatory comment is for our house, our staff and the daily work they do, the best compliment, thank you! If the weather has been a little capricious, which is so unusual in Marrakech, the heated pool at 26 degrees can be used almost every day of the year! If you want to experience the rooftop with its amazing views on the Atlas and the old city, we invite you to come for a next visit in spring or summer. Then, I can only thank you for your constructive and friendly remarks and be assured that I will take them into consideration. It’s that way that we improve. You are here at home, see you soon!

A pleasant stay. Good location within the Médina. Only a few sun beds in the sun and quite often towels and belongings on them and no people!

Dear friend, I thank you for your nice comment and for sharing it on this page. Your friendly remark has been heard, thank you. I do my best to eliminate this problem as I agree with you, this is an unsatisfying and unfair situation. I sincerely aim to improve it in the best way possible. Our pleasure is to give happiness and to make your moment with us a beautiful experience. Our best reward would be to see you again soon!

It's a nice place, very well located if one wants to stay in the medina. Lovely extras, like perfume choice or candle gift. Breakfast was a bit limited and spa could be improved locationwise - there is not much space if several guests are present at the same time.

Thank you for your lovely appreciation that touched me and for taking the time to share it. I’m pleased you have enjoyed this authentic and tranquil dwelling nested in beautiful exotic gardens, minutes away from the main touristic places. I heard your little remarks and I thank you for them. They had my full attention, this is how we improve our service to you. It has been a pleasure to look after you. All of us will make sure that your return to this house will bring you more enjoyment and happiness. This will be an honour and our best reward. Thank you and see you soon!

Aangenaam, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was echter niet super... Jammer ook van de lelijke tent die ah restaurant is gezet om terras e overdekken, zeer ongezellig. Steekt de tuin en terras weg.

Thank you Isabel for expressing your sentiment here. Our teams have been very pleased to look after your comfort and your happiness, your appreciation is their best reward. I’m sorry however that not everything was up to your expectations. Your remarks have been heard, be assured they had my full attention. You will have to come back when the weather gets better, to discover this house entirely open to our gardens: a real pleasure! See you soon.
