Très belle hôtel dans la Médina. Le contraste est surprenant lorsque l’on franchit la porte d’entrée. Beaucoup de goût, l’accueil est sympathique et le personnel souriant et disponible. Le jardin intérieur offre un bon dépaysement et une tranquillité fort appréciable.

Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager ici le moment passé dans cette demeure. Je suis heureux que le cadre authentique, le confort moderne de notre riad ainsi que la beauté et la faune de nos jardins vous ont séduits. Nous avons pris grand plaisir à prendre soin de votre relaxation et de votre bien-être, votre appréciation est notre meilleure récompense. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous revoir très bientôt !

We enjoyed a fantastic few days at Les Jardins which made our visit to Marrakech to celebrate my wife's birthday enjoyable and memorable.

the only negative comment we would make is the smoking policy. we would suggest having a no smoking policy in the courtyards outside the rooms. for example our room 127 there were table and chairs and an ash tray out side and everyday our neighbour would ome and smoke outside our window . so even with the doors and windows closed we could smell the smoke and in summer or on a warm day if we had the window opened it would have been even more unpleasant. just allow smoking in the garden or the roof top.

I regret however sincerely, you have been undisposed by some guests’ smoking. I heard your friendly and constructive remark that had my full attention. Be assured that I will consider this issue seriously and I will do my very best to lower the inconvenience of the smoke nearby the rooms, in every way possible. at check-in, we were not informed that the room is available as of 3 pm. This was a little anoying. Once this was clear the rest of the stay was great.

We loved staying at Les Jardins and certainly hope to return soon. Our only slight concern was we found the web site a little hard to navigate and found that some third party sites were offering what seemed to be reduced rates on rooms

Excellent, very much enjoyed the friendly and efficient staff, from the breakfast staff, to the waiters in the evenings. Everyone made us feel comfortable, that nothing was inconvenient, and friendly greetings came from all members of staff. My only negative comment would be that the waiting time between courses on our last dinner was excessive (it was the night of the 'Cocktail Party' and the restaurant was full, but none-the-less the service was slow). This did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the few days holiday, a memorable few days. Many thanks to you all,
