Sehr schöner Garten. Schöne Zimmer, wenn such kleiner als erwartet. Gutes Fitness und Wellness Angebot. Freundliches Personal.
Der einzige Schwachpunkt ist das Restaurant: Zu klein, Prozesse funktionieren nicht optimal, unaufmerksames Personal, Speisen und Auswahl entsprechen nicht 5 Stern Hotel, sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück.

I’m very happy you have enjoyed this beautiful dwelling, its garden and its spa on the terrace overlooking the Atlas and the Médina. Everyday we put our heart in our work to be worthy of this house and of its guests, thank you for your appreciation. I’m sorry however to read your disappointment for the restaurant. We don’t pretend to be perfect and it is difficult to please everyone, but one must agree, your unfavourable comments are pretty isolated among the numerous ones published about us. Be assured nevertheless that no effort will be spared to continue offering a quality of service and a selection of dishes we can be proud of…

Very Nice hotel, beautiful view of the Medina. A little expensive and the spa/massage was not good. But the hotel was Nice and the staff friendly

Our staff is trained to provide professional care that is praised by a large majority of our customers. Das Hotel mit unscheinbarer Eingangstür ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Nach dem herzlichen Empfang wurden wir in den wunderschönen Garten begleitet. Die Aufmerksamkeit und das Nationalgetränk (Pfefferminztee) haben wir sehr genossen. Die ganze Anlage sowie die ausgezeichnete Küche verdient Ihren guten Namen und am Abend wird der Garten mit den vielen Kerzenlichtern zur Romantikinsel.

Ottimo posto, curato, e in ottima posizione

Un grand merci pour ce beau commentaire ! Je suis heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour en notre compagnie. Chaque jour nous accomplissons notre tâche avec cœur, vos compliments nous touchent donc beaucoup. Cette superbe demeure protégée du brouhaha de la Médina par une oasis de verdure, est en effet située à quelques minutes de marche des centres touristiques de la vieille ville. Exotique et tranquille, ce havre de paix offre authenticité et confort moderne, merci d’y avoir été sensible. Nous avons été très heureux de vous accueillir et nous espérons vous revoir bientôt !
