We enjoyed a fantastic few days at Les Jardins which made our visit to Marrakech to celebrate my wife's birthday enjoyable and memorable.

Thank you Phil, I’m touched by your very kind words. I’m delighted we helped making this birthday celebration a memorable moment. Our job is to give happiness and our own happiness is to see you satisfied. Your return to this house would be our very best reward. See you soon!

the only negative comment we would make is the smoking policy. we would suggest having a no smoking policy in the courtyards outside the rooms. for example our room 127 there were table and chairs and an ash tray out side and everyday our neighbour would ome and smoke outside our window . so even with the doors and windows closed we could smell the smoke and in summer or on a warm day if we had the window opened it would have been even more unpleasant. just allow smoking in the garden or the roof top.

Dear Julia and Mark, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m very happy your stay was a good experience. I regret however sincerely, you have been undisposed by some guests’ smoking. I heard your friendly and constructive remark that had my full attention. Be assured that I will consider this issue seriously and I will do my very best to lower the inconvenience of the smoke nearby the rooms, in every way possible. I hope to have the honour and the pleasure to welcome you again in our house.

at check-in, we were not informed that the room is available as of 3 pm. This was a little anoying. Once this was clear the rest of the stay was great.

I thank you Elisabeth for sharing your sentiment here. I’m delighted you have enjoyed the authenticity, the comfort and the tranquility of this beautiful house and the personnel who looked after you. I want to thank you also for your remark that has been heard. Be assured I will take it into consideration, this is how we improve our service to you. I sincerely regret and I apologise for the inconvenience you went through. You are here at home, our best reward would be that you decide to come back soon!

We loved staying at Les Jardins and certainly hope to return soon. Our only slight concern was we found the web site a little hard to navigate and found that some third party sites were offering what seemed to be reduced rates on rooms

Dear friends, a special thank you for giving us the pleasure to look after you. Your satisfaction and your will to return are our ultimate reward. I want to thank you also for your kind remark that gives me the opportunity to provide some additional information to those reading us. I’m certainly happy to make the following statement: there are indeed few internet sites that offer, from time to time, lower rates than ours (up to 10% discount on our public fares) without our consent! However, if you book directly on our site, you can enjoy some exclusive benefits that compensate the discounted prices, such as: 5% reduction on our best online rates, Airport transfer on arrival in Marrakech, a glass of champagne per person and an early check-in (subject to availability). It will be an honour to welcome you again in this beautiful house!

Amabilité du personnel. Bon service. Jardin paradisiaque.

A bientôt !

Excellent, very much enjoyed the friendly and efficient staff, from the breakfast staff, to the waiters in the evenings. Everyone made us feel comfortable, that nothing was inconvenient, and friendly greetings came from all members of staff. My only negative comment would be that the waiting time between courses on our last dinner was excessive (it was the night of the 'Cocktail Party' and the restaurant was full, but none-the-less the service was slow). This did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the few days holiday, a memorable few days. Many thanks to you all,

I thank you Dr Parkin for this glowing comment toward our house and all the teams who looked after your comfort and your well-being. I’m very pleased we helped making your stay with us, a pleasant and memorable holiday. I want to thank you also for your friendly remark that has been heard. Be assured that I will take it into consideration, this is how we improve. Your return to this house will be an honour. We hope to get the pleasure of seeing you again soon!

Dear Rachel, what a lovely comment, thank you! To these compliments I can only add a special thanks from all the staff of this house. I’m delighted our little oasis in the heart of the old city, brought you pleasure and happiness. Your return to Les Jardins de la Médina will be an honour and our best reward. See you soon!
