I felt the rooms were really tired and handmt been maintained well. Tv had Limited English Channels. There were pieces of paper all over the room promoting f&b, guest experience etc. these kind of things haven’t been in hotel rooms for a decade. Staff at breakfast were not great. Didn’t clear tables, was a challenge to get a refil of tea or coffee. The woman on reception wasn’t very warm and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful but overall it was just a hotel, nothing more. Certainly not the experience I’d hoped for.

This is the way we improve our service, one day to the next. I’m sincerely sorry you didn’t find you were treated with the diligence and the attention you deserved. By the same token, we heard your negative comments about your room and the service in the restaurant… They had all my attention and be assured I will look at all of them. However, if you could take a minute to read again the comments published about us on all the internet platforms, you will notice that lots of them mention the authenticity, the charm, the cleanliness of this unique riad and the friendliness and the dedication of our teams, from the reception to the maintenance. All these qualities have appealed to many demanding and loyal customers over many years and we think these compliments can’t be all unjustified. However, if you would like to give us a second chance, I will personally make sure that your next stay at Les Jardins de la Médina, be beyond reproach. Thank you and see you soon!

Excellent, would not hesitate to stay here again, or to recommend it to others. Our guide, Zaci?, was also very good.

Ce fut un moment très agréable, au cœur d'un hôtel plein de charme et d'un écrin de verdure rafraîchissant par de forte températures. (Il est seulement dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de chaise longue autour de la piscine, certaines étant conservés par des clients malgré leur absence...) Le service de l’hôtel est très agréable (cependant certains services sont parfois difficiles à obtenir, type DVD prêté dans la bonne langue, ou bien journal apporté le matin).

Chère Louise, vous avez apprécié cette superbe demeure, ses jardins exotiques et sa belle piscine située au cœur de cette oasis tranquille, à deux pas du brouhaha de la Médina. Merci d’avoir pris le temps d’exprimer votre sentiment pour toutes celles et ceux qui nous liront ici. Je regrette cependant que nos services n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Vos remarques défavorables ont été entendues. Nous ne pouvons prétendre à la perfection, mais soyez assurée qu’elles auront toute mon

Good overall experience, but too costly.

I want to thank you for taking the time to share your sentiment on this page. I’m pleased you have enjoyed this beautiful dwelling hidden in an exotic and tranquil oasis, its heated pool, the roof terrace and its view on the Atlas. Thank you for being sensitive to these qualities as perfect for a romantic time as they are for a family reunion. Your negative remark has been heard nevertheless. The uniqueness of the hotel and its beautiful surroundings, the various and numerous services and the recognized quality of our restaurant, are all the features our customers are generally raving about. We don’t pretend to be perfect, but we want to believe this reputation isn’t totally unjustified. I had an excellent stay at Les Jadins De La Medina, it is a beautiful & peaceful riad with beautiful gardens & pool. The staff were very welcoming, helpful & polite. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Overall experience was very good. You can make it really outstanding by paying attention to small improvements like: 1. If you advertise breakfast from 7.30 am, please make sure that it is ready at 7.30 am - at times we had to wait for 15-20 minutes before it was set up. 2. The service in the restaurant is at a very relaxed pace. Its fine most of the times, but not if you need a quick bite before you have leave for a tour 3. Please please implement your non-smoking policy effectively. One inconsiderate guest can spoil the wonderful dining experience for all other guests by smoking in the area. On the positive side, staff is very polite, friendly. The excursions arranged by the concierge were fantastic. All the staff is very knowledgeable about Marrakesh. Rooms are very nice, pool is great, spa experience was relaxing, rooftop terrace provides nice views.
