I took my daughter for a long weekend as a celebration for finishing her degree. We had a fantastic time . The hotel was in a great location just a 15 minute walk from the main square. Inside - tranquillity - beautiful gardens , pool and lots of seating areas to relax and unwind. All the staff were so helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. We had a garden room which was lovely. The food in the restaurant was very good and well priced and the breakfast was plentiful , varied and fresh. I have already recommended this as a place to stay to friends!

Very friendly Staff who provided me with straw hats and umbrella to protect me from strong sun.
Staff always cheerful and smiling. Lovely spacious bedroom, good swimming pool.
Food hot. Piped music could have been silenced at times.
Staff helped me set up wifi without being asked. They brought me tea and cheese on arrival.
They sprayed my pillow with my favourite aroma.
Lovely to hear and see the birds and tortoise in the dining area.

I’m very pleased you have enjoyed everything which makes this place a beautiful and tranquil corner of Marrakech. So close and so far away from the bustling Médina, our oasis of greenery surrounds the authentic dwelling we’re so proud of. Everyone at Les Jardins de la Medina was gracious and helpful during our stay. My daughter and I loved the garden and the pool area. We loved being able to eat breakfast outdoors each morning, amidst all the greenery and all the birds. My greatest reservation is that other than breakfast, which was pleasant and plentiful, we both felt that the cuisine in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. We ate several dinners at the hotel. The last of those, on an evening when we weren't terribly hungry, was almost inedible. We ordered two starter dishes, including a carpaccio that was terrible. We became friendly with a couple who stayed at the hotel for about three nights that we were there. They concurred that dinner from your kitchen was pretty bad. So I do think that you need to work on the quality of the food prepared in your kitchen, for hotel guests as well as outside guests coming to dine. We also felt that the room decor needed some sprucing up. Our room was okay - but not particularly attractive or appealing. Your website had made your rooms look more much more attractive than ours turned out to be. The couple we got to know felt that their room, which was a larger room than ours was "shabby" looking. I wouldn't use that description for our room, but I think in a competitive economic climate that it would benefit you to make more of an effort in regard to room decor. It would be so easy to decorate rooms with traditional Moroccan crafts and textiles- or even modern examples of Marrakeshi craftsmanship. So I would recommend your hotel to friends but with some reservations.

Trés bien.
Il y a justement une choose qui m' a dérangé et c'est la musique qui commence trop tôt en parfois trop tard.

Really great hotel amazing service and food only negative would be the bed saving round the pool often no one using them for hours but belongings left

Everyone here should enjoy all facilities the way they choose but I heard your friendly remark. You’re absolutely right, the number of mattresses around the pool being of course restricted, it isn’t acceptable for some to be « reserved » and empty for hours. Food was a bit expensive and staff a bit unorganised during meal times. No recycling facilities for plastic bottles of water! Otherwise WiFi very good and hotel lovely.

I want to thank you kindly for taking the time to share your moment on this page. I’m very happy that you have enjoyed the authenticity and the modernism of this beautiful house. Thank you also for choosing to take your meals in our restaurant. Our Chef has received numerous elogious comments for the quality of the fresh produce she is using and the variety of her dishes, blending traditional moroccan and mediterranean flavours, placing our restaurant amongst the best tables in town. Finally, I thank you for your friendly and constructive remark that had all my attention. Very unfortunately, there is no recycling facilities for plastic bottles in Marrakech ! The informations we gathered from other recycling companies were unfructuous or terribly onerous. We hope sincerely that this situation will improve in time. It has been a pleasure to look after you. You return will be our best reward. See you soon !

Le mobilier de la terrasse de la chambre n'est pas très confortable. Pas assez de chaises longues à la piscine par rapport au nombre de personnes. A revoir!
