it was ok but not the best

We are very proud of its beautiful tropical gardens and its authentic house renowned to bring pleasure and happiness and I want to believe that this reputation isn’t unjustified. Of course everyone’s taste can vary, but please allow me to mention the numerous testimonials of very happy clients who, all year long, express on this page their satisfaction of the service, the quality of the hotel and the restaurant considered to be one of the best tables in town.

it was excellent overall , however when i asked for tonic water at the bar not once but twice on consecutive days , i would have been more impressed if was supplied when asked. Only a minor issue but needs to be addressed for customer service .. management should be informed , but once again great overall..

I thank you for taking the time to inform me of a matter which, I assure you, will have all my attention. Our entire personnel has been trained to assist you and answer all your daily needs. I understand this little upset and I thank you for re affirming otherwise, your great appreciation for a plaisant stay in our beautiful house. I will make sure that your next visit will be happy and beyond reproach. See you soon !

Excellent, except for nasty reception desk lady.

Thank you Ralph for expressing your enjoyment of our beautiful riad nested in an oasis of greenery, its swimming pool, the new spa on the terrace overlooking the old city… This house has been conceived for pleasure and wellbeing. Everyday we put our heart into preserving its authenticity and its timeless character. Your remark however has sadden me.
