it was excellent overall , however when i asked for tonic water at the bar not once but twice on consecutive days , i would have been more impressed if was supplied when asked. Only a minor issue but needs to be addressed for customer service .. management should be informed , but once again great overall..

I thank you for taking the time to inform me of a matter which, I assure you, will have all my attention. Our entire personnel has been trained to assist you and answer all your daily needs. I understand this little upset and I thank you for re affirming otherwise, your great appreciation for a plaisant stay in our beautiful house. Excellent, except for nasty reception desk lady.

Thank you Ralph for expressing your enjoyment of our beautiful riad nested in an oasis of greenery, its swimming pool, the new spa on the terrace overlooking the old city… This house has been conceived for pleasure and wellbeing. Everyday we put our heart into preserving its authenticity and its timeless character. Your remark however has sadden me.
