Generally good experience but was very disappointed that on our last day we had arranged through reception to have a guided tour of the Atlas mountains but when the driver arrived he did not speak any English so we had to abandon it. This should have been addressed by the hotel when we booked. Also the lack of air conditioning in such a high class hotel was extremely disappointing for us as the temperatures were very high whilst we were there , making sleeping very difficult. We booked this hotel after reading in the description that this was available. Not what we expected from a hotel of this stature.

The garden with green trees and the orange blossoms and the birds makes it a peaceful oasis. Staff friendliness is outstanding.
Our 2 rooms were not greatly located and the internet in our second room was very poor.

The food was fine but the service was very slow (2hours for 2 courses) meaning that my wife had to leave with her meal unfinished to get out little girl to bed. There was also unpleasant and unnecessary music which lowered the tone.

Thank you Philip for taking the time to write about your stay in our house. I’m sorry that despite our best efforts, the time to serve your meals was indeed exceptionally long, and I regret it. You also mention the musical background of the Restaurant : mostly liked by our visitors, you may agree that it is difficult for us to please everyone. I heard your comments dear Philip, they will have my full attention for sure.

The hotel was lovely - beautiful gardens, large swimming pool, lots of attractive terraces to relax on. We enjoyed the cocktail party by the pool. And we very much enjoyed our room; it was very attractive. We had breakfast every day and dinner 2 nights at the restaurant and we were very pleased with all of our meals. Wonderful place overall!

I’m pleased to read that you were delighted by our secluded gardens, the comfort of your room and our Restaurant where you’ve enjoyed our traditional cuisine with a twist.
