Les Jardins de la Medina was a wonderful oasis of serenity within the walls of Marrakech's old medina. During our 5-day visit, our group was able to retreat to the hotel in between touristic excursions. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the spa offered reasonably priced hammam and massages. It was wonderful to be able to return to the sound of live piano music wafting through the leafy tropical courtyard after exploring the city on foot or to lounge, read or visit with others on the canopied rooftop.

What an amazing comment which fills me with pride and happiness ! There is nothing I could add but a huge thank you from all of us here. I’m delighted that you have enjoyed the peacefulness of our riad hidden in our beautiful exotic gardens, minutes away from the old city. I want to thank you also for sharing your pleasurable and affordable moment in our spa which offers the wonderful relaxation of our traditional massages in a magic scented ambiance. It has been a great pleasure to look after you all. Our best reward would be that you decide to come back soon.

The hotel was lovely although a bit tired looking in the public areas. It is well located in the Médina and the rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The only complaint I had was at breakfast in the restaurant. The service is rediculously slow. On one occasion, I even had to leave for my tour without my 3 minute eggs and only a sip of coffee!

Lorsque nous revenions de Marrakech, chaude et bruyante ville, c’etait un immense plaisir de rentrer aux jardins de la Médina... de retrouver le calme, la serenite et la beauté de ces jardins extraordinaires.

Generally good experience but was very disappointed that on our last day we had arranged through reception to have a guided tour of the Atlas mountains but when the driver arrived he did not speak any English so we had to abandon it. This should have been addressed by the hotel when we booked. Also the lack of air conditioning in such a high class hotel was extremely disappointing for us as the temperatures were very high whilst we were there , making sleeping very difficult. We booked this hotel after reading in the description that this was available. Not what we expected from a hotel of this stature.
