It was very pleasant. Staff was really friendly. The hotel was avout 20 minutes to the main square.

Absolutely fantastic. A lovely experience especially meeting the management and guests at the cocktail party which was a lovely touch.

Not so personal or friendly staff. The room was big but dark. I enjoyed that it was a clean room and heated pool. Breakfast was too short and one morning when we arrived late they even hurried up even more removing everything before we even had a chance to take anything. I think it was very noisy in the room with the street outside and stairs next to the door.

Meine Abfahrt war am 23.12. 8.00 morgens, am Vorabend um 21.30 bekam ich ihren Brief (adressiert an Ms et Mme Seck obwohl ich Alleinreisende war) mit dem Hinweis auf ihre Trinkgeld-Politik. Zu spät ich hatte bereits an ihr freundliches Personal Trinkgelder verteilt.
Es wäre besser diesen Brief bei der Ankunft zu schreiben. Diese Mail wurde an Herrn Marlenseck geb Krueger adressiert, ärgerlich:
Mein Name lautet: Marlen Seck es sollte möglich sein die Gäste richtig anzusprechen ! Der Kommentar ist für den internen Gebrauch, zur Verbesserung ihres Service und nicht fürs internet! Mit freundlichen Grüssen Marlen Seck

Superbe établissement un seu probléme lors de notre départ un employé arrogant et limite impoli suite a une facture moitié manuscrite qu’il est incapable de nous expliquer ...nous voulions juste comprendre et en aucun cas contester sa réponse est « vous comprenez rien et cela est comme ça «  pour information entre ma femme et moi nous avons plus de 60 ans de métier dans la finanace et comptabilité résultat nous avons réporté notre réservation de février dommage .

Excellent stay only one thing could have been better. Room 129 is right beside the housekeeping cupboard and this could be noisy early in the morning.
