Loved the heated pool and the wonderful massage in the Spa. The dining room was full of atmosphere and we liked the live music. The wood fires were very welcoming. A well run quality hotel with excellent service and helpful staff. Thank you for the Cocktail Party. (Sorry, couldn't understand the environmental questions above.) p.s. The basin plug did not work!

The hotel was great. You need a quiet place after a day walking around Marrakesh. The hotel was the perfect sanctuary. Beautiful building and a ideal location for exploring.

Cela fait de nombreuses années que nous venons aux Jardins de la Medina. Nous y revenons toujours avec un très grand plaisir et une joie de retrouver cet endroit et ce personnel si attachant et prévenant .Quand nous y sommes , on est dans un autre monde .

Really lovely first visit to Marrakech, the hotel is perfect! Zakki also gave a great tour on our first day. Restaurant amazing.
