We had a truly amazing stay here, very relaxing, it is a beautiful little idyl, the staff are very polite and professional, the location is perfect. We had a very memorable 4 days in Marrakesh. We would return to this riad for sure xx

it wasn't 5 star experience and we wouldn't go back.

The hotel probably is a welcome oasis for people who have travelled around Marocco and they want to rest and relax for 1/2 days. They can appreciate the gardens/pool and don't mind other things that much. We stayed for 5 days, coming from UK. It just wasn't up to standard.

I am really sorry to read your comments. I am sad that your stay did not meet your expectations. It is extremely rare that we have such hard comments. Our reviews on Tripadvisor or Booking are generally very positive. But I take note of all the negative points you have raised and I undertake to study them one by one to improve what needs to be. W loved the hotel-a garden oasis in the middle of the walled city . We would definitely recommend to others . breakfast was good. room was beautiful-light and airy and pool was nice. Service was very professional

Bon. Par contre la suite sultan dans laquelle nous avons séjourné se trouvait sur la cuisine et avoir les odeurs toutes les matins de là cuisine etais très desagradable. Excellent le personnel du restaurant , moins acuillent celui de la réception
