Zum Rezeptionspersonal, hier im besonderen MARK HUBRICH. So eine freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Person haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Unser Auto hat sich auf dem Hotel Parkplatz entladen, d.h. es blinkte nur als Hinweis. Als wir gegen 22:00 Uhr zum Hotel zurück kamen wurden wir von ihm darauf aufmerksam gemacht, die E-Mail die wir vorher erhalten hatten, haben wir nicht gesehen. Er bemühte sich so intensiv uns zu helfen, dass unser Auto wieder funktionierte, das haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Fremdstarterkabel von einem Kollegen, Telefonhilfe von einem Bekannten. Das wichtigste, das Auto sprang an und ich konnte wieder damit fahren. Sie können sich glücklich schätzen so ein Personal in ihrem Hause zu haben.
