The hotel seems old and tired. WiFi was very bad - some evenings it wasn't even usable for basic work like emails.
Like my last visit over a year ago: the cleaning staff ignore the environment rules and replace towels unnecessarily.
The fridge in my room was not working.

We take your comments regarding unnecessary towel changes and the restaurant staff smoking before serving guests very seriously and will address these points with the respective teams. Schönes Hotel, sehr sauber. Mit dem glutenfreien Frühstück wurde sich viel Mühe gegeben und es gab alles, was es am Buffet gab auf Wunsch frisch aus der Küche, um Kontamination auszuschließen. So kann man unbeschwert genießen. Vielen Dank!

Für diesen Preis haben wir mehr erwartet. Der zerrissene Vorhang ist ein Unding. Der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken spritzt umher.

Wirklich negativ war die defekte Klospühlung. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren nicht so tragisch - im EG gibt es eine Toilette.

Alles ok, Check in verzögerte sich ein wenig wegen dem Betrieb vor Ort,aber ok.
