Hotel Mercator Itzehoe

Grosszügiges, ansprechendes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Unser Aufenthalt war nur sehr kurz. Wir können das Restaurant nicht beurteilen. Parkplätze leider alle voll so mussten wir in die Tiefgarage die kostenpflichtig ist.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Zimmer war großzügig und alles hat gepasst. Würde es noch eine Klimaanlage geben, wäre es perfekt.

Super, nur etwas an der Sauberkeit arbeiten, gerade im Fußbodenbereich. Ich habe mehrere Steckdosen am Boden benutzt, dort war es wahnsinnig dreckig.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber insgesamt okay

It's a nice hotel and it matched our budget (max 150€). The room was excellent and also the staff is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the good breakfast that was kept up-to-date. A small detail about the bedroom was that the matras was soften at the place where we slept, so better change the matras. A more ennoying thing was higiene of the floor at the reception desk and stairways to the first floor. When we arrived at about 7 pm, it was super clean. At 8 pm someone with dirty shoes left a lot of mud on de the floor and stairway. The next morning the mud was spread all over the stairs and floor of the reception area. It really gave a bad impression, and I can't grasp why someone of the staff did not notice this and remove the dirt with a brush and dustpan, it would have taken only a few minutes to clean. Apart from this it's a nice hotel I would recommend.

"Deluxe"zimmer gebucht, Ausstattung und Lage zur Strasse nicht zufrieden stellend. Minibar nicht gefüllt. Verlassene Frühstückstische wurden nicht zeitnah aufgeräumt. Leere Wasserflaschen wurden spät gewechselt. Etwas schwach für 4Sterne. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht..
