Hotel Merkur

I was in Baden-Baden several times last year on business. After several not so happy stays in various other hotels in Baden-Baden, which was perhaps also due to the pandemic, I discovered the privately run Hotel Merkur and now feel quite at home there.
The entire team is more than friendly and helpful.
The buffet, which is currently not available due to Covid, is replaced by personal service and an á la carte breakfast lovingly arranged on étagères.
As the hotel is not fully occupied, I always get a free upgrade. Early check-ins and late check-outs were always possible.
The rooms are modern, beautiful, clean and furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable. I especially appreciated the tea and kettle, the Bluetooth speakers and the good Wi-Fi.
As my project in Baden-Baden is now coming to an end, this will probably be my last stay for a while.
With this review I would like to thank the whole team of the Hotel Merkur very much and will certainly visit the beautiful city of Baden-Baden with my family and then of course stay at the Hotel Merkur.

Schönes, mittelgroßes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Moderne, komfortable, sehr saubere Zimmer, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, schnelles kostenfreies Wlan und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist trotz der eingehaltenen Corona-Regeln locker und ausgesprochen angenehm. Man fühlt sich willkommen und kommt gerne wieder. Das Haus hat 4-Sterne-Niveau und ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Το ξενοδοχείο Merkur βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στην καρδιά του Baden - Baden και προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις για μια υπέροχη διαμονή. Όμορφο δωμάτιο, νόστιμο πρωινό και εξαιρετικά φιλικό προσωπικό. Υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης για το αυτοκίνητο, και για να εργαστείτε παρέχεται γρήγορο και δωρεάν ίντερνετ.
Τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς; Σαφώς, συνιστώ το ξενοδοχείο Merkur.

Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen, sehr sauber. Modernes Ambiente.

Το τελευταίο διάστημα επισκεπτόμουν αρκετά συχνά το Baden - Baden για επαγγελματικούς λόγους και φιλοξενήθηκα στο ξενοδοχείο Merkur. Είναι εξαιρετική επιλογή καθώς το ξενοδοχείο, και ειδικά το προσωπικό, καταβάλλουν κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για να κάνουν τη διαμονή σας όσο το δυνατόν πιο ευχάριστη, παρά τους εκτεταμένους περιορισμούς που επιβάλλονται από τους κανονισμούς αναφορικά με τον κορωνοϊό.
Επιπλέον, το ξενοδοχείο Merkur είναι ένα πολύ όμορφο, ιδιωτικό ξενοδοχείο που εμπνέει μια οικεία και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Πηγαίνω εκεί πάντα με χαρά και προσβλέπω στην επόμενη φορά.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und bietet einige Parkplätze vor dem Haus und einen Hotel Garage. Schon der Empfang, durchgehend bis zur Abreise, war sehr herzlich und warm. Die familiäre Atmosphäre ist durchgängig erkennbar und sehr wohltuend
Unser neu renoviertes Zimmer im Nebengebäude war superschön, groß, modern und klimatisiert. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr ansprechend wenn auch die Größe mit dem Zimmer nicht mithalten konnte.
Ich reise sehr viel und stelle immer mehr fest, dass der Servicegedanke in der Hotellerie stark nachlässt. Nicht so im Hotel Merkur. Eine gutsortierte Minibar zu fairen Preisen, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und schnelles Internet überzeugen und runden den mehr als positiven Gesamteindruck ab.
Meiner Meinung nach braucht sich das Hotel Merkur vor guten 4-Sterne-Häusern absolut nicht zu verstecken. Kompliment, so sollte Gastfreundschaft und Service aussehen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, top Service, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wurden vom Hotelbesitzter persönlich empfangen. Dem Hotel ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich jeder einzelne Gast wohl fühlt.

Tuve que viajar a Alemania por motivos de trabajo, y por eso pasé cinco días en cuarentena.
Pasé la cuarentena en la Junior Suite del hotel Merkur y estoy muy agradecido al hotel y al personal por su apoyo.
Me trajeron el desayuno en mi Junior Suite sin cobrarme nada y el personal me calentaba la comida. Naturalmente, me traían platos y cubertería limpios.
Tras pasar la cuarentena, me cambié a una habitación doble, que era mucho más espaciosa.
Las habitaciones del hotel Merkur son muy bonitas y su personal es extraordinario. El ambiente del hotel es muy acogedor. Solo tengo buenas palabras para este recomendable hotel. Mientras haya vuelos de España a Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden, Baden-Baden será mi aeropuerto de destino y el hotel Merkur mi hotel favorito en Alemania.

Ein Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Me he alojado de nuevo por cuestiones de trabajo en el hotel Merkur y me he llevado una muy buena impresión, como siempre. También durante el confinamiento, el hotel mantuvo abiertas sus puertas, lo que debería servir de ejemplo a otros establecimientos.
El hotel compensó las limitaciones con el compromiso del personal. A los huéspedes nos ofrecían un desayuno abundante. Permitían comer la comida de encargo en el restaurante, para lo cual el personal de recepción nos ponía una mesa.
Tengo que viajar, incluso durante la pandemia a Alemania por motivos de negocio, por lo estoy muy agradecido a los establecimientos que no han cerrado sus puertas. Ya antes de la pandemia estaba muy satisfecho con el hotel Merkur, y ahora lo aprecio todavía más. Seguro que le será fiel a este hotel.
