I have stay here 5 times and will always come back!!! The perfect locatio. 5 min walk from train station and 15 min to old town & Marionplatz.

Badzimmer etwas klein, kleiderhaken könnte mehr sein und etwas tiefer plaziert sein

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. After booking incorrectly, the kind lady on reception was more than helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located very close to the train station. It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre.

Hôtel dans un quartier très moyen

Dear Hervé,

Thank you for your visit and for taking the time to share your impressions with us and other guests.

We are pleased that you appreciated the comfort of your room and the friendliness of our team. We also thank you for your positive feedback regarding cleanliness.

At the same time, we take your comments regarding room cleaning, especially emptying the trash cans seriously. As you were informed at your booking process, that there will be no daily room service, we hope you understand that we can not make any exceptions. There are two service station in our hotel where you can get fresh towels, toiletries or empfty your bin. It's a pitty you were expecting something else.

We have also carefully read your feedback on the value for money and the location and are sorry we could not totally meet your expectations.

We hope that despite the points mentioned, you still enjoyed your stay with us. We would be delighted to welcome you back.

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay in Munich. The hotel is quiet, well located, with an excellent breakfast and very competent staff. If we return to Munich, we will definitely stay here again.
