Thank you very much for your review. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay overall.
We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding the free water. Complimentary water is available in our lobby upon your arrival and 24/7 daily, as well as tea and coffee. We do not have water bottles in the rooms and do not advertise this, but please do not hesitate to ask us next time - we will be happy to help you.
Regarding the price, we have created a special group rate that is fair and reasonable. Unfortunately, we cannot understand your feedback regarding breakfast, as this is consistently praised by our guests.
We offer a large selection of different dishes and source them regionally and in organic quality.
You are welcome to let us know what you missed so that we can further improve our offer.
