very good.. - we were contact after about a possible stain on the sofa.. but even this was handled fairly and professionally and we were not charged

Das Hotel Metropol ist für mich zur ersten Wahl bei meinen Aufenthalten in München geworden. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Der persönliche Kontakt und die zuvorkommende Betreuung sorgen dafür, dass jeder Aufenthalt ein angenehmes Erlebnis ist. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das ich jedem ans Herz legen kann, der Wert auf exzellenten Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre legt.

The hotel was Nice, comfy, and (seems) safe even though not in a nice part of the city. Construction everywhere, noisy and dirty sidewalks.
But close to train, buses, subways, etc. soooooo, there’s that!

I loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone. Walking distance to architectural points of interest and right by the train.
