wir haben uns sehr über Ihren Besuch gefreut und finden es klasse, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine kurze Bewertung genommen haben. A very nice hotel. Very happy I stayed here.

My overall experience was incredible. The only thing I would mention, as a stupid American, is if there were a couple more English speaking channels on the TV. Outside of that, I was a wonderful place in a great location

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Insbesondere der Wasser- und Kaffeespender in der Lobby sind sehr zu begrüßen.

vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Bewertung. Wir freuen uns sehr darüber, dass alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit war und Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns verbracht haben. Klasse, dass Sie ganz besonders von unserem kostenlosen Getränkeservice (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser) begeistert waren und diese kleine Extra sehr genossen haben.

Wir bedauern, dass die Duschvorrichtung in Ihrem Zimmer nicht perfekt war und deshalb Wasser im Badezimmer verteilt wurde. Wir werden dies umgehend prüfen und ggf. für Ersatz sorgen. Danke für diesen hilfreichen Hinweis.

Über Ihre lobenden Worte zu unserem Frühstücksbuffet selbst sowie zu unseren Frühstücksdamen freuen wir uns sehr. Gerne geben wir Ihr Lob auch direkt an unserem Mitarbeiter weiter.

Unser Reinigungskonzept sieht keine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer vor. Bei Aufenhalten länger als 5 Nächte, reinigen wir das Zimmer gerne am 3. Tag. Jederzeit dazwischen können sich unsere Gäste frische Handtücher, Toilettenartikel,... an einer unserer beiden Service Stationen holen.

Wir möchten uns nochmals für die ausführliche Bewertung bedanken und freuen uns, wenn Sie uns wieder einmal besuchen kommen.
