Complimentary coffee was not only a great perk, but it was also of very good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A/C was very good for our stay since outside temperatures were very hot. So appreciated the presence of a cart where we could easily exchange towels.

It's so good to read the complimentary coffee we are offering was a nice and enjoyed service. Good quality will always be given whenever choosing drinks and food at Metropol. We are delighted to read you appreciated the self service station where you can grav fresh towel whenever needed. We take not of your feedback regarding the missing sheet in your bed. This is not a german thing to prepare a bed with an extra sheet. We are glad you were very happy with the room temperature and the possibility to us an A/C for a good climate in your room. Should you visit Munich in the future, we hope you will choose to stay with us again.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean room. Close to train and old part of town. Available parking.
