Besides the lack of space to put clothes, space taken by a useless bench and empty fridge that became a shelf for clothes and a counter to set stuff upon, it was ok. It was actually disappointing for such a high rating on Trip Advisor. Our stay has lead me to believe that TA is being over run with fake ratings. The only reason I would return is the breakfast. We have stayed in another hotel in Munich that I would rather return to whose rooms are nicer & has an almost as good breakfast.

You chose our Comfort room category with roof terrace via our homepage.
Our homepage describes exactly how big the room is. The pictures show the complete room.
You could therefore see in advance what to expect in the room. You also requested a room on a high floor, which we were able to fulfil with this room type.
Also, we would like to clearly differentiate ourselves from the fact that we work with "fake" ratings.
We have many good reviews and absolutely stand behind the quality of our hotel. We are a family business and have worked hard to achieve our current status.
It is almost insulting to our staff, who give their best every day. Service and friendliness as well as quality are our top priorities and we are delighted when our guests appreciate this.
Since you yourself always rated all the other questions (breakfast, friendliness, cleanliness) with 5 or 6 out of 6 possible points, we can't be that bad, can we?
We would advise you to contact us directly next time so that we can advise you in advance on an appropriate room choice.
