We very much enjoyed our time in Munich. Our hotel was wonderful, the staff was excellent. No complaints.

Von außen würde man nicht meinen, wie toll das Hotel von Innen ist!

Liebe Jorina,

wir freuen uns sehr, dass unser Hotel Sie so begeistert hat. Schön, dass Ihr Aufenthalt im Metropol ein so angenehmer war uns Sie ganz angetan von der Freundlichkeit unseres Personals wart. Wir geben immer gerne alles für das Wohlbefinden unserer lieben Gäste. Ihre Verschläge zur Verbesserung haben ich gerne an unser Management weitergeleitet. Wir möchten vermeiden, dass zu viel Müll produziert wird und bieten daher Kosmetikartikel nach Bedarf an. Viele Gäste überlegen sich dann zweimal, ob Sie die zusätzlichen Kosmetikartikel wirklich benötigen. Wir haben uns für die nachhaltige Variante über die Service Stationen in den Fluren entschieden. Eine Flasche Wasser ist je nach gebuchter Zimmerkategorie mit am Zimmer. Die Gläser stehen auch für Getränke aus dem Getränkeautomaten bereit.
Wir hoffen Ihr nächster Aufenthalt bei uns wird bald sein, denn wir freuen uns schon heute auf ein Wiedersehen.

Wie immer alles wunderbar. Unser Upgrade hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, weil das Zimmer recht dunkel war und die Fahrstuhlgeräusche störten.

Wobei Sie erwähnen, dass das Upgrade, welches wir so gerne für Sie vollzogen haben, nicht ganz Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat. Das tut uns leid, denn ein Upgrade sollte ja immer Freude bereiten.
