More or less what we expected during Octoberfest. For north americans, the price was extremely expensive for services rendered.

First of all, we would like to thank you for your praise of our service and the friendliness of our staff. We are also proud of our long-standing employees, who give their all for our guests every day.
We regret that we could not fulfill your price expectations. you have booked the business room via our homepage, which is the second highest category in the house. Therefore, the price is correspondingly high, as the room is facing the quiet inner courtyard and has a balcony. The location of our hotel is also ideal for all Oktoberfest visitors. You can reach the Oktoberfest in just 5 minutes on foot.
We also provide information about room cleaning on our homepage and in the pre-arrival email, so that this was already visible before the booking was completed.
You as a guest ultimately decide which hotel you book and at what price, which is why we unfortunately cannot understand why the price was too high for you afterwards.2
