Unfortunately, we cannot understand your assessment regarding the cleanliness. As a family business, we attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness and have the highest standards for our housekeeping team. As can be seen from other reviews, this is our top priority. We would therefore like to ask you to let us know what did not meet your expectations in this regard so that we can look into it. We also can't understand your feedback about value for money. The price was a special trade fair price for your group, which only received this special price because they have been coming to us for a very long time. Normally, the prices at trade fairs are even more expensive.
