Being from Ireland/Scotland we are used to tea and coffee in hotel rooms. We know this is not the norm in Germany/Austria, so we very much appreciated your free coffee machine in the lobby! We are staying in six other hotels in Austria and Italy during our trip, and it looks as though only yours has this facility! Makes a big difference.

Mir wurde Ihr Hotel von einer Geschäftspartnerin empfohlen. Die Reservierung online war etwas unklar und kompliziert, da ein Bonus für Onlinebuchung gewährt werden sollte, und dies nicht funktioniert hat. Ich konnte es jedoch telefonisch regeln. Alles in allem hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Positive experience. Very long wait for our room which was very bad

thanks for your visit and your review. We are happy to read your experience with us was very positive, expect the little waiting time on your arrival. We are sorry you were disappointed that your room was not ready for check in when you arrived. Please notice that your regular check-in time is 3 p.m. Of course we do an earlier check in when the room is already made before that time and guests are already arrived. But there is not guarantee for an early check in. Anyway we are sorry it took a little bit longer till your room was ready and we are so glad the rest of your stay was so positive and enjoyed. Looking forward to your next visit.

Great location 10 minutes from the city center. Quick check in.Parking available We will definitely be back again.

Good room, we aere allowed to check in during the morningat no extra cost.
The hotel area is experiencing a lot of construction, noise started at 7 am

We are sorry for the inconveniences the construction works on the opposite side of our hotel caused. Most of our guets are out of the hotel the whole day which is a good way to escape the noise.
