We enjoyed staying at this hotel . Great location and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we stayed at 6th floor with the good city view. Breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your review which we have read carefully.
We are very sorry that the stay did not go according to your expectations.
First of all, we would like to thank you for your praise of our long-term employees.
Unfortunately, we can't understand your feedback about the cleanliness. As you can see from many other reviews, we maintain our hotel very much and attach great importance to cleanliness.
We therefore cannot imagine that anything was not clean. You could have contacted us immediately so that our housekeeping could have checked this.
We also saw that you reviewed your stay on Expedia. Our hotel is a 15-minute walk from Marienplatz and only a 5-minute walk from the main train station. So, it is very close to all sights and from the station.
Our hotel is also located in a quiet side street. Of course, we have no influence on the area and the conditions around the hotel.
Regarding the mattresses, we regret that you did not sleep well. Of course, it is a matter of taste what the mattress should be like for a guest. You could have contacted us here so that we could have helped you with a topper.
As already written, we cannot understand some of the comments based on the rating and the written text.
It is a pity that we will no longer be able to welcome you here.
We would like to convince you of our service.
