Nice. Good location to train station. Reminded me of old school New York hotel with dark wood.

Das finden wir großartig, denn genau das sollen unsere Gäste fühlen, wenn Sie unser Haus besuchen. Es macht auch viel Freude zu lesen, dass Sie unser Hoteldesign und die moderne Einrichtung sehr genossen haben. Wir stecken sehr viel Zeit und Energie in die Gestaltung unseres Hotels, was, mit unserem freundlichen und kompetenten Service, eben dazu führt dass Sie sich bei uns so wohl fühlen. Very disappointed about the non working fridge and lack of cleaning during the entire stay. We chose the hotel especially due to cleaning service and breakfast. Price was way too hight. Would not stay again

thank you for your review, which we have read carefully.
It's a pity we couldn't convince you of our hotel
Nevertheless, we would like to respond to the points, as we do not understand or cannot accept some of them.
Regarding the room cleaning, you can read this directly on the Booking.com page in the room category description that we do not clean the rooms during the stay. You will even receive another message after booking where this is written. Also 2 days before arrival you will receive another information email where we point this out.
We therefore cannot understand why you booked us especially because of the cleaning, when it is written everywhere that there is no cleaning, but it was the whole time possible to get fresh towels and other bathroom articles at our housekeeping station!
We also reject the accusation that we offer "old fruit" on our buffet. We always source our fruit fresh and regionally and no guest has ever complained about the quality of our food.
As a family business, we place a lot of value on the quality of the food and would never serve anything bad here.
As written in countless other reviews, our breakfast is very high quality and even comparable to a 4 or 5 star hotel.
We also checked the fridge again and could not find any defects.
However, we were happy to pass on your praise about our staff. Our employees give their best every day and we are very proud of our long-standing team.
It is really a pity that we could not convince you of our price-performance ratio. Sometimes supply and demand do not match, which is why we would recommend a different hotel for your next stay.
