It is a pity that our check-in staff could not convince you. We will follow up on your comment and accordingly consult here again and retrain. Our colleague is new at the reception and probably seemed unsure. However, we are all the more pleased to read that the rest of our team was able to convince you.
We were also happy to read your comments on what we could do better. Regarding the carpet in the corridors, we will check what we can do here. Of course, it would be much louder in the corridors and therefore also in the rooms if the corridors were also equipped with parquet. You always have to take this into account. According to our system, check-in was completed at 12:36 pm. The regular check-in time is 3 pm. We do not guarantee early arrivals. These are always subject to availability. The online check in only transmits the dates and does not guarantee an early check in. This is not stated anywhere. Of course, we always do our best to have the rooms ready as early as possible. According to our system, this also worked.
We would be happy to convince you of our full service again at another time.

A perfect stay. Just what we wanted. Clean too
Comfortable beds
Hot shower.
Wifi was slow. If this could be improved that would help
