Only issue was not feeling safe outside Hotel general area. Walk for 10 minutes and area was much better and felt more comfortable

We are very sorry that you did not like the area very much. We are located very centrally and directly at the main train station but still in a quiet side street far away from the hustle and bustle. as in any big city, around the main train station is the busiest and it is urban and multicultural. Munich is also one of the safest cities in the world, so you don't have to worry about anything happening.
Nevertheless, we would be pleased to be allowed to welcome you already soon again with us.

Ein sehr guter Eindruck und eine tolle Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, sodass beim nächsten Münchenbesuch ganz sicher wieder dort gebucht wird.

Wie der Slogan schon sagt, wenn München dann Maiers. Das sagt ja schon alles :-) Man wird immer herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück ist traumhaft. Auch Allergiker kommen nicht zu kurz, was ich besonders schätze.
