Convenient to Hbf, trams, S Bahn, U Bahn, DB Intercity/Regio/ICE. Courtyard rooms are quiet. Excellent air conditioning unlike many other hotels and buildings in Europe. Nice staff. Adequate breakfast. Straightforward rooms with storage space. I like the self-service towel service and once/week room cleaning. Functioning plumbing. Good level of hot water in shower. Functioning blackout drapes. Early room check in for only 35 Euros (very useful for flights that arrive in midmorning). Spacious security storage safe in room. Quiet street away from the noise and chaos around the Hbf.

Excellent hotel that was reasonably priced and close to tourist attractions and public transportation options.

It was fine for ONE night stay to catch a flight the next day. People were friendly and the place was clean but lacks some German charm. If a traveler were dropped blindfolded in this hotel and finally opened their eyes, they would never guess it’s in Munich.

Auch haben wir Ihren Kommentar zu unserem Frühstück gelesen. Hier hatten Sie angegeben, dass Ihnen eine Saftpresse fehlen würden. Auf unserem Buffet im Hotel Metropol stehen sogar zwei Saftpressen zur Verfügung.
Sie können wählen zwischen der Saftpresse für frischen Orangensaft und der Saftpresse für Obst- und Gemüsesäfte. Sprechen Sie uns das nächste Mal gerne an, falls Sie etwas vermissen sollten. Wir helfen gerne weiter.

We enjoyed our stay and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

thanks for your visit and your review. Glad you enjoyed your stay a lot and appreciated the friendliness of our staff. As we are in Germany/Europe, we are not using everything in a XXL Version like in the US. :) But of course you can get lots of coffee cups, one after another.
