Location very good for oktoberfest and the inner city. Very nice room. Good breakfast. Free coffee and thee is excellent!

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet wo sich einige 4 Sterne superior Hotels mal in die Lehre gehen sollten, wie es richtig gemacht wird.

Just visited Munich for Oktoberfest after three years of COVID cancellations. Had an amazing experience due to where we stayed - Metropol Hotel. Location - 5 minute walk from Oktoberfest, 10 minute walk from Old Town. 2 minute walk from Central station. So central to everything. Breakfast- very good choice and great opening times. Rooms clean and big. Yes bathroom was a little small but considering Everything else we loved it. Had a balcony even better.
What can I say about staff - Thomas you are great guy, fun to talk to very welcoming and accommodating. Biggest thing - we booked through Expedia and they refused to change the dates during COVID so we contacted hotel direct and they couldnt be more helpful. Thank you for an amazing experience and wonderful holiday. We shall come again and book direct this time. In terms of Oktoberfest take it slow beers are strong! Suffa!!!More
