Great end to our trip! Would definitely stay here again when back in Munich! Loved the location, staff was very friendly.

Great location, friendly staff, super breakfast. Tiny very expensive room

thank you for your visit and your review. We are glad you had a nice stay at our hotel. Good to read you appreciated the central location of Metropol and enjoyed the friendliness of our staff a lot. Regarding your feedback on the price of your room I would like to let you know that you booked two different room categories which differs in the price. While staying with us the first time, you stayed in a Business room which are bigger sized. During your second stay you stayed (as booked) in one of our Comfort rooms. Comfort rooms are the smallest room we offer and therefore always the most economic possibility to book. Due to an important fair in the city of Munich the price for the room was higher than during normal season. Prices for all room categories increase during high seasons. (fairs, events, season,...) We hope you will stay with us again next time you will be visiting Munich.

Sehr nettes Personal und hervorragendes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder..

Klasse, dass unser freundliches Personal so einen positiven Eindruck auf Sie gemacht hat und Sie den Service in unserem Haus so wie auch unser Frühstück genossen haben. Die zentrale Lage unseres Hotels ist wirklich perfekt um München zu erkunden. Good location. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.

Due to Oktoberfest season prices for rooms in Munich increase. We also adapt our prices during high season or special events (such as the Oktoberfest or big fairs), therefore the price for your booked room was higher than you are used to it. Good. I liked the heated towel racks, because I could dry my hand washable items. The bathroom was very tight and I wish there had been a hand rail for the shower. I was very nervous about falling.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und nett. Mir hat außerdem gefallen, dass ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken (gegen Bezahlung) jederzeit verfügbar ist. Wir sind abends spät zurückgekommen und haben noch ein Radler bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

schön, dass Sie der Empfehlung Ihrer Freundin nachgekommen sind und unser Haus für Ihren Aufenthalt in München gewählt haben. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir auch Sie von unserem Haus und Service überzeugen konnten und Sie die Zeit bei uns im Metropol genossen haben. Klasse, dass der Getränkeautomat Ihnen am Abend nach Ihrer Rückkehr ins Hotel noch Freude mit einem Radler bereitet hat. :) Auch unser Getränkeautomat mit Heißgetränken steht unseren Gästen 24/7 in der Lobby zur Verfügung. My experience was so great that should I come to München again I will definitely stay here again !

We are glad you enjoyed the friendliness of our staff and enjoyed the service we offer. The breakfast we offer is indeed superb. We are glad you enjoyed the selection we offer a lot. We appreciate your suggestion of improvement - thank you. We removed all Nespresso machines and kettles from the rooms some weeks ago. We are trying to improve our contribution to the environment constantly. Therefore we replaced all kettles and coffee machines from the rooms and instead of single use all our guests can now profit from our modern coffee and tea dispenser in our lobby. Thanks for accompany our way to a better environment. Please note that you can make us of pay TV installed on our tablets. I am sure you can find some english movies for your entertainment there.
