Lovely experience in great location near Central Station. Front desk staff very friendly. While they dont offer any room cleaning service, they conveniently had towels, soaps, tissues etc available 24/7 on a self service cart. Excellent free cappuccino a nice touch.

Sehr schickes Hotel und sehr bequem um auch den Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Das einzige was mir persönlich fehlte war eine Feuchtigkeitscreme für den Körper welche man bei uns in den italienische Hotels umsonst im Bad vorfindet.

wir haben uns sehr über Ihren Besuch gefreut und freuen uns auch ebenso über das tolle Feedback, welches Sie uns hier zugesendet haben. Schön, dass es Ihnen bei uns so gut gefallen hat und Sie den Komfort und die Einrichtung unseres Haues sehr gemocht haben. Wir verzichten seit längerem auf den Zimmerservice und haben seither auch keine Duschartikel mehr in den Badezimmern hinterlegt. Dies geschieht alles aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen. Sie haben aber die Möglichkeit sich an unseren beiden Service Stationen mit Duschartikeln und Sonstigem (frische Handtücher, Toilettenpapier,...) nach Bedarf zu bedienen. What a terrific welcome to Munich we got from the Metropol Hotel. It was a great base for our visit. Staff was most helpful

Das Hotel befindet sich gleich in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Ein sehr netter Empfang. Das Zimmer groß und gemütlich. Sehr großes und leckeres Buffet. Habe schon weiter empfohlen.

Everything was great.Especially breakfast was amazing

it was, like always, a pleasure to host you. Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us again. We are really glad you like our hotel a lot and always enjoy beeing our guests. Since 1st of August we do not offer room service anymore. Our self service stations on the 2nd and 5th floor offer fresh towels, toiletries, toilet paper,...Of course you also have the possibility to empty your garbage.
