Very good. Great location by central station.

Schönes Stadthotel mit einem wunderbaren Frühstück.

Liebe Frau Schäuble,

wir bedanken uns heute gerne nochmals für Ihren Besuch bei uns und freuen uns, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine kurze Bewertung genommen haben. Schön, dass Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten und sich bei uns wohl gefühlt haben. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, inmitten der Stadt. Eine völlig geräuscharme Umgeben können Sie wohl in dieser Lage nicht bekommen. Dafür hat unsere Lage aber den großen Vorteil der Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. Schön, dass Sie unser Frühstück sehr genossen haben, welches wir mit viel Liebe und einer großen Auswahl an frischen Produkten gerne unseren Gästen anbieten. Room was clean and as expected. Downside was having to wait for my room. I arrived to the hotel at 12:00 was told check in time is at 15:00 and my room is not yet ready. Ok, thats fair. I checked back at 14:00, room still not ready. Ok. Checked at 15:00, check in time now, and they said the room was not cleaned yet and refused to give me another room. Then I had to keep asking the front desk for an hour before they called room service to clean my room. I respect check in times, but if you know a guest is waiting, at least make a decent effort to have the room ready at the promised time.

Excellent. Great location, clean and updated room, friendly staff. Loved the free coffee and fridge with drinks available for purchase in the lobby.
