Honestly, this hotel experience exceeded my expectations! I was with a large group and also my family (3 adult sons) came to visit. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. They helped with all aspects of our visit - including suggesting places to go and helping me call when I was making arrangements for tours. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was the hotel experience for us after traveling for 3 weeks. We were tired and just needed everything to be perfect and it was! Great place to park out car as well.

This was a great stay and I would recommend Hotel Metropol for central Munich. It is conveniently close to the train station.

I felt most welcome from the moment I approached the reception counter. You staff on duty ( Thomas ?) made all of us feel welcomed and provided very helpful suggestions on our room requirements. This is what excellent customer service is all about !
