The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is very nicely kept, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed at Metropol 2 x during my recent eastern European trip. The Hotel is conveniently located near central train station, walkable distance to downtown and major tourist attractions and restaurants. One of the staff members was very very friendly showing me alternatives and descriptions in the city map to visit. First room was ok, second room I got very good. Very Good Experience!

Sehr heimeliges, familiäres Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sowohl an der Rezeption, beim Zimmerservice als auch beim Frühstücksservice. Gerne wieder......

Gleichzeitig nehmen wir Ihren Wunsch sehr ernst und prüfen bereits, ob wir in den nächsten Monaten wieder Wasser direkt auf dem Zimmer anbieten können.
