Wasn't too sure when I booked but the hotel exceeded all my expectations. Will stay there again when we return to Munich. I've never seen a more attentive staff at any hotel where I have stayed previously.

Ich habe mich selten vom ersten Augenblick in einem Hotel so angekommen und umsorgt gefühlt wie in diesem Hotel! Schon beim Einchecken hat man das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Einen großen Anteil daran kann man der Herzlichkeit und Professionalität des Concierge Thomas zuschreiben, der ankommende Gästen sofort mit voller Aufmerksamkeit, aber auch liebenswertem Witz empfängt. Er ist der gute Geist des Hotels, der sich auch noch spät am Abend um das Wohl und die Wünsche seiner Gäste kümmert.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe gestaltet, alles hübsch und auch in Kleinigkeiten gut durchdacht.
Das Frühstück lässt fast keine Wünsche offen und ist für die Größe dieses Hotels einfach spitzenmässig .und der Kaffee schmeckt^^
Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort einchecken, wenn wir München das nächste Mal besuchen werden.
