Overall experience was great. The hotel is in a great location. The room is a good size and comfortable. Cleanliness is excellent. While we had some incredibly inconsiderate and noisy neighbors on our floor who enjoyed loud TV and loud conversations into the late evening, the double doors at the entrance to our room meant we could not hear them inside.
Wifi is another story. There simply was no Wifi service in our room. While a connection was available, there was simply no internet access once connected. This was verified on multiple devices. We did wish to stream a Christmas movie while we were there, but we were unable to. We watched on a laptop tethered to my smartphone data connection instead. Not ideal.
