welcoming and helpful staff, breakfast included in rate is great

Excellent experience. I’m in Munich often and plan to stay at the Metropol.

We take note of your feedback regarding a second coffee machine and understand that it can be a bit annoying when the coffee machine is a bit busy during peak breakfast time.

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, Parkgarage

Lieber Ernst,

es freut uns, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben. Klasse, dass die zentrale Lage sowie der Komfort und das Design unserer Zimmer begeistern konnten. Im Zentrum von München sind Parkplätze rar. Wir sind daher sehr glücklich, dass wir unseren Gästen eine private Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel anbieten können.
