wir bedanken uns für Ihren Besuch bei uns im Metropol und freuen uns, dass es Ihnen sehr gut bei uns gefallen hat. Schön, dass Sie ganz besonders von der Sauberkeit in unserem Hause angetan waren. Sauberkeit und Ordnung leisten einen sehr großen Beitrag zum Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste bei und das wünschen wir uns natürlich für alle unsere Besucher. Die Preise während der Wiesn sind in der gesamten Stadt höher als zu anderen Zeiten. Unser Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt aber aber auch zu dieser Zeit. Our overall experience at your hotel was excellent! The one disappointment was the Oktoberfest table. It was difficult for us find our table at the tent, the waiter was confused about the tickets and charged us an additional 2E for each beer and it was almost impossible to get him to bring food to the table. At one point he came over and told us that he was going to sit 4 more people at our table so he could make more money. We had seven people at a 10 person table, order two rounds of beer and and an appetizer for the table. After that comment, we were ignored and eventually left after a few hours. It was not the Oktoberfest experience we were hoping for and certainly not what we have experienced in the past.

Thanks for your understanding for our pricing during Oktoberfest time. The price of your room was not higher than for other rooms. We do charge 18 Euros per car and per day. Therefore your bill was higher. Reading that you were not convienced with your Oktoberfest reservation is a pitty. Unfortunately we have nothing to do with the Oktoberfest.
