Despite a chaotic holiday (due to airline strikes/luggage delays), we had a wonderful time. Fabulous hotel - largely due to the INCREDIBLE reception and cleaning staff.
oh yes, this was trouble! So happy for you that you finally were able to fly. It was a pleasure hosting you while waiting for your flight and of course we are very happy to read you enjoyed the time at our hotel a lot. We put a lot of effort in making all our guests feel comfortable and like home. Thanks for the lovely compliments on our rooms. Our hotel managment put a lot of ideas when renovating the rooms lately. We hope you will stay with us again next time you will stay in Munich. Looking forward hosting and welcoming you again soon.
