Honestly, this hotel experience exceeded my expectations! I was with a large group and also my family (3 adult sons) came to visit. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. They helped with all aspects of our visit - including suggesting places to go and helping me call when I was making arrangements for tours. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was the hotel experience for us after traveling for 3 weeks. We were tired and just needed everything to be perfect and it was! Great place to park out car as well.

This was a great stay and I would recommend Hotel Metropol for central Munich. It is conveniently close to the train station.

I felt most welcome from the moment I approached the reception counter. You staff on duty ( Thomas ?) made all of us feel welcomed and provided very helpful suggestions on our room requirements. This is what excellent customer service is all about !

Very pleasant. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and even opened the breakfast room early for our group when we had to leave before breakfast would normally be served.

Our group loved the hotel and staff. Everything went well. No major problems at all during a two-week stay.
